...See more Need some advice. Buckle up, its a long story. And basically a soap opera. Im not even exaggerating. Ive known my best friend for about three years. We played online games together. Ill call him Bob. I also played with his wife. Ill call her Cindy. They were both my favorite people to be around. I even played with their kids, and they played with my nephews. Our two families were really close, despite living an actual thousand miles apart. He homeschooled the kids while his wife worked, and I also stayed home with my children while my husband worked. Naturally, I spent much more time with Bob than I did with Cindy. I would often hear one of them in the background playing with the kids, laughing. They seemed like a loving family. Then came 2020. Unrelated to the virus or panic or riots, Bob and Cindy had their own troubles. A twisted domino effect and hidden secrets that destroyed the family. First: their son was electrocuted while trying to fix a light socket with a screwdriver. He got amnesia and ran away. Apparently, electrically-induced amnesia is a thing. I looked it up. They called the police and searched for him frantically. The police found him but didnt bring him home until the next day. He doesnt recognize any of them.
