...See more Hi. I'm Jay and I'm 36. My on and off girlfriend of 2 years is 33. We've both struggled with addiction but I'm happy to say she is finally getting clean. I already am so I've been through the process but she hasn't and is experiencing PAWS (post addiction withdrawal syndrome) and barely wants to communicate with me. I get it, but I just loose my cool and wonder why she is out somewhere without me and ignoring me and I end up getting upset. She's very understanding but I just don't know how to like not react the way I do. We help each other a lot and I take offense that I provide and she just burns off and doesn't contact me. I'm not trying to be needy I just care about and love her. This is coming out more like a rant but I have so so many things I want to address and fix so I can be strong for myself, her and us. Thanks
