...See more Hello, I am currently struggling finding balance and then being consistent in order to help myself manage and control all my emotions and moods. The consequences to that has been running people out of my life, I believe that to those people who I have run off feel as if I wanted that! Them to run away from me when reality was me being afraid to lose them and of course the fact that I had no control over my feelings, anger, and negative thoughts. I am now taking steps to figuring out what exactly this is that I am experiencing because with the goal to finally understanding my own self and then find remedies. And, hopefully be able to share the knowledge to hopefully inspire others to take action too. If I could get some guidance, I would greatly appreciate it :)
