A little bit about me... I am a mid-forties divorced male who has dealt with anxiety and depression since I was a teenager. I have two daughters, and I enjoy working with arts and crafts. I enjoy learning new perspectives, and try to keep an open mind. Being on 7cups has been a great help for me. Now I'm looking forward to paying it forward. Right now I'm working to improve my listening skills.

Muse is so nice, caring, and he really is involved with the people he listens to! He really hears, understands, and even helps me to see sides of things I hadn't seen before. He helped me turn my worries of life, into plans for a solution to end my worries! Overall, he makes the atmosphere feel calm, comfortable, and he's great at lightening the mood! He makes me feel more than just someone he's volunteering to listen to, he makes me feel like I'm a friend, and helps me like a loving mentor! He's the best there is on 7cups!
