Hello! I'm glad you found me on 7 cups of tea! I am a female who is in recovery from my own mental health issues. I enjoy listening to people who are struggling with Eating Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder (Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder), Anxiety, and self harm. Personally, I enjoy reading, writing (I am attempting to write my own story to inspire others and give people hope for their own recovery), listening to music (I listen to anything from metal, alternative, and pop).

Any Other Listeners With Bulimia??

...See more Hey everyone, I am a listener here on 7 cups. I struggle with Bulimia, and Borderline Personality Disorder. However it is my Bulimia, that is affecting me right now. I am trying to recover on my own and it is not working. My GP (General Practitioner) cannot refer me at the moment, one because I am trying to get my life on track, and she doesn't want psychological support to hinder my progress, and two because I am not severe enough.  I am wondering if there are any other listeners, who struggle with bulimia, and if there are any suggestions on things that I could try in order to aid my own recovery?
