I am not a professional and I do not have all the answers. I am just someone who has been through my own struggles and understands that sometimes you do not need advice. You just need someone to hear you.
I’ve been through some difficult things myself, including OCD, schizophrenia, loneliness, overthinking, and a lot of battles that are not always easy to explain.
