Hello, I am so glad you are here. You have taken the first steps to recovery and I am proud of you. I have been helping and working with preteens to the elderly for nearly 10 years now suffering from different issues ranging from depression, anxiety, PTSD to anger management and family issues, to name a few. These issues often interrupt our daily lives and can feel debilitating. However, when you have a trusting therapeutic relationship with someone who cares, you can work towards a path of freedom. I work closely with my clients to explore the underlying issues that lead to current problems. Working through these issues often lead to a hidden discovery that answers the questions you may have had. My biggest asset is my ability to actively listen and to empower YOU, the client, to discover the way to solve the problem yourself.
