Hi, my name is Koen (or Egaeus online), I'm 26 years old and I'm a visual artist. Throughout life I've struggled with not feeling at place in the world and the consequences this can have, born out of a feeling of being more intelligent than others, having a different sexual orientation than others might have and as well as a feeling of just being terribly alone in the world. I'm doing better now. I won't say I'm doing perfectly, but I don't suppose that's a goal that's easily achieved.
