...See more Hey there forum readers. My name is Keith, I am an adjunct instructor at a small community college in upstate NY who is trying to keep busy in the downtime between semesters by presenting a paper at the American Philosophical Association annual conference in early January. I am also a new father and seasoned husband. Depression has been a regular companion throughout my life but I have been managing it quite well with the use of Rhodiola Rosea and mindfulness over the last 3 or 4 years. Unfortunately, since Christmas, I have found myself in a truly deep slump each evening. I do not want to add this weight to the life of my daughter or my wife and I have known of this community essentially since it launched but never had the courage to give it a try. This is my attempt!
