...See more Hi, I've been dealing with anxiety just before COVID. I'm not sure what caused it but it has been very hard for me. I can't do daily tasks that I used to, going out, seeing family, people coming over because it leaves me feeling worried and overthinking. My anxiety has forced me to stay in the house, I can't travel anymore because when I do I feel immensely nauseous, haven't had face to face contact with my family in over 2 years now :( I feel guilty I really do and I try to go places to try all these apps but things never seem to work. I tried therapy, I got through 3 sessions and I was done. I was scared that I would be looked at different if I told them all of my problems. I want to go back to therapy I do but it's a long process and I get anxious about phone calls and talking to the person or talking too loud and my siblings hearing all of my problems. If you have advice please help me thank you :)
