...See more While many of us are limited in our abilities i thought it would be nice to make a post about little things we can do to care for ourselves that may help us feel a little better or take our minds off pain. Here's some of the small things that brighten my day: Painting my nails Making a cup of tea, the ritual of making it just right is so soothing to me knowing it's something for me. Putting on my favourite hoody and snuggling into it's softness What ways do you take a moment out of the day to show yourself some care?

...See more The other day i visited the central London where everyone was very busy, hectic and in a rush, I had a 'gentleman' (using the term very loosely) shout at me how slow i was Jesus Christ as i couldn't walk as fast as he wanted. I just said back that he was most definitely mistaken and i wasn't Jesus. What funny responses and ways do you deal with rude members of the public who just don't understand?
