...See more Hey my name is Elizabeth, I am new to this, my doctor recommended me to the app. I have suffered from anxiety and depression for so long and now my doctor has also diagnosed me with ptsd as well! When I was 3 I was in foster care till 12, one Of my foster dads sexually abused me. I got out of foster care 5 months later. Then I had to raise my brothers and sisters at 12 cause my mum was with a arsehole of a man then I thought it was okay to let a man treat me like trash at 16 because that's all I knew so I was in a dv relationship for 4 years. After all that fun shit, I have finally found a decent man and have a beautiful beautiful little girl but now I'm starting to hate myself and get mad for no reason. Not know what my emotions are trying to tell me, not want to be around people or not even know what I want to do in life. I need some support tbh
