...See more Hi. I've been using the app for a few months now, but this is my first forum post. I just get so depressed lately, and no one sees it. They see this strong girl that can take on anything, but on the inside, I feel broken. I hide at work and cry for hours. I'm so far behind and that makes me more overwhelmed. Life is a lot right now and it feels like everything keeps going wrong from cancer to death to broken back to my roof being ripped off in a storm and its just to much. I just want life to chill out and I want to cope better. How do I manage this? I was never an emotional person until now. I feel like the dam broke and now I cant stop crying. I feel so weak and broken.
