First of all, I'd like to say I'm really proud of you for having the courage to look for help, often that can seem like a massive task in itself, but you're here, you've done it and you should be proud of that.

I'll start by telling you about my experiences, I hope that way if there's anything you can relate to it will make you feel comfortable enough to be able to confide in me.

When I was 18 my Dad died suddenly in front of me, he had a heart attack. He was 53, since his death I have struggled massively with depression, anxiety, self harm. A few months ago all contact with my mom was broken when she kicked me out of the house. She is verbally abusive, manipulative and viscious.

Now for something more upbeat!

I study criminology (specialising in sexual violence and abuse), I love animals, music, tumblr, tattoos, piercings, writing.

I'm here for anyone to listen to or if you just need a friend, stay strong.
