Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with depression, anxiety and eating disorders as I have had experience of these in my life and want to help others overcome these issues and regain their happiness and faith in life. I am studying for a degree in Nutrition and so am also able to help with healthy eating and nutrition. I enjoy reading, writing stories and baking.
