...See more Hi, I am currently dealing with generalized anxiety, I am currently working with a psychiatrist and a counselor, but only every two weeks .I have realized through talking to a doctor that I am avoiding doing things I normally like to do and interacting with people. Any words of support or things that have worked for you to take the steps to stop this?
