...See more I suffer really bad anxiety and panic attacks because of a few things in my life. One main thing I have been struggling with is the fear of injections and lucky for me, I have one tomorrow. Another thing I have been struggling with is performance anxiety which is weird because I quite like talking to people but in places like sports halls and parties I get very overwhelmed and become claustrophobic. It’s like I can’t just leave because there are too many people and not enough space. I’ve been trying to overcome both since I have an injection tomorrow in a hall full of my class mates but it’s not working. Please help
