...See more Today I have a self revelation about myself. My head is hurting from crying and crying at the thought I could have BPD. I do over react to minor things. I seem like a child who can’t hold it together. My emotions run me like a roller coaster. Who wants to deal with that ?? I wear a costume in the world of having it together. But I don’t and it’s ruining my life. I want to be able to control my emotions! I know I can’t control anyone else and that fine. It’s me who I have issues with . I don t know how long this will take. I need to learn coping skills. I want to be able to not over think . Anything is better than living through emotions .
