...See more I have found myself from time to time in those spots where it feels like everything had just turned upside down. I've been learning ways to manage my depression and things have been getting a bit better. 1) Listening to music. 2)  Spending time with my son 3) Doing this internship has really helped because it has made me start to open my eyes at how things could be harder than they are and know at the end of the day that I have helped someone
