I'm here to help you. I myself have suffered from depression caused by an addiction. I also study Neuroscience and have learned that addiction, anxiety, depression, etc are issues that arise both from biology and emotions. Mental health is an emotional concept, and a lot of our problems arise from the lack of connections we humans make with each other in the modern world. Lets use social media for a good purpose and connect, and from their we can explore issues of mental health. I love to talk about any and all problems!
