I don't know what to do

...See more I've always been depressed and anxiety in my life but having goal to be accomplished helped me to keep going. Now, that I have completed my study I don't have a single motivation and I don't know to do in my life. I know that I should start to looking for a job but the stress, anxiety that I suffered in all these years blocks me to do so. I feel unable to move cause I know the stress that that the things that I should do will bring to me. But the fact that I don't have the strength to do the things that I should do make me more depressed and I don't know what to do cause there are people that waits for me to do something and the pressure that I fell make me only unable to think and move more and more.
