Hello, welcome! It may have taken you a lot of courage to make this first step in asking for help. I commend you. I'm here for you to make this safe space without judgment. My journey has been full of many life experiences.
I'm 60, and I am a survivor of parental alienation, emotional abuse & religious abuse. I have dealt with C-PTSD & learned to live and heal from ADHD. In the last 8+ years, I've completed ACOA 12 step program & have mentored women in the 12 step program, and also continue to mentor and coach people.
I have 2 beautiful young adult children. I love the outdoors, I love my dog, spending time with friends. I find ways to nurture myself and do things that are energizing, this can look like spending time outdoors, journaling, deep breathing meditation and doing things that make me happy.
