...See more My OCD is litterally one thing that stopping me from having a peaceful life My life is good except for OCD. I've been recovered from my muscle twitching that caused by stress. But my OCD keeps telling me that if i do specific things, like eating fish wrong, i'tll make my twitch comes back. If i try to fight it, aka ERP, it'll really makes my muscle twitching comes back because of the immense stress. But if i dont fight, suddenly i cant do anything. Because if i do something an ordinary people would do, my ocd will tell me that i'tll make my muscle twitching comes back. What do i do... I cant fight the OCD And i cant do a compulsion What do i do? Im so cooked.....
