...See more I hate being depressed. Not only do I feel sad, worthless, helpless, and lonely, but I have a lot of anger problems and irritability. It's affected my relationships with others. The thing is... I don't want to hurt anyone, but it feels like I can't control myself when I get angry over tiny things. No matter what I do to manage my mental health, whether with therapy or calming techniques, it's like my depression always gets to me. I feel like I need to be in a mental hospital.
