Hello! Glad you found me on 7cups and are interested in talking. I am a trained listener and also a human being. I enjoy being outdoors; either hiking, running, kayaking, camping or just driving with the windows down and the radio up. I have struggled with an eating disorder and depression. What has helped me the most with these things and has just made my life better in general, is spending time with others. It has also been a blessing to have found people who understand what I have been through and that listen to my worries and concerns. I hope to be that person for someone else.
