Bio
I’m a mental health advocate with lived experience of high functioning BPD, treatment-resistant depression, and healing from childhood and adult trauma.
Over the past seven years, I’ve done a lot of therapy, self-reflection, and work to understand myself and build coping skills that actually work in real life. That experience has taught me how important it is to have someone who will simply listen without judgment, without trying to fix you, and without making you feel like you have to explain why you’re struggling.
I’ve always been someone people feel comfortable opening up to. I’ve been told more than once that I should have been a therapist maybe in my next life. 😊 For now, I’m happy to be an open ear, a compassionate presence, and someone who understands that sometimes you just need another human being to sit with you in the hard stuff.
I’m excited to be part of 7 Cups and to offer others the kind of support and understanding that has meant so much to me along the way.
