I used to be a trained active listener around 7 years ago.

I like to support people struggling with anxiety,
depression, b cluster personality disorders, fragile or non existant support systems,
executive dysfunction, addiction, gender dysphoria, poverty, and love.

My life has not been an easy one, but the pain, grief, and struggle allowed me to become the most human I can be. My neurology and experiences have given me great insight into social connections and our inner worlds.

All of this fuels my poetry and I operate from a point of authenticity and genuine care. People mean so much to me, and one of my highest desires is to help others, and I would like to help by listening to you.
