Hi! Glad you found me on 7 cups of tea. I'm a 16 year old girl and I live in the US. I have been through a lot and I'm still recovering, but I love to help people and be supportive. I can specifically help with anxiety, depression, self harm, eating disorders, panic attacks, and LGBT+. I also have a passion for gymnastics and art, and i love to read.
