...See more Life can be strange. I’ve worked hard and tried to do everything “right,” but here I am, midlife, single, feeling lost, and uncertain about what’s next. The stress is heavy, and the sense of direction I once had feels distant. I know I’m not alone in this—so many of us carry these hidden struggles. Maybe opening up about it is a small step forward.
