Hi! I'm glad to start being a Listener on 7 cups. I was told about this by one of my NAMI peer support group friends. I am a good listener and happy support anyone who is struggling, but I have personal experience with bipolar depression and PTSD. I've also been a listener for many of my ex-military friends.
