...See more Hi! I'm somehow "new" here and I want to ask a question concerning personal experiences. Do you think it's ok to share one as a listener in a chat? I mean, suppose you're chatting with somebody and he/she is having the same problem as you had a while ago - is it ok to share your experience with him/her? Is it really helpful for the other person?
