...See more I'm new to this site, found out about it through my IOP program I just started this week. I suffer from anxiety, panic, agoraphobia, major depressive disorder, insomnia, PTSD plus some more. I feel so alone, in this never ending darkness. My spouse doesn't understand what I go through, my family tries but often makes it worse. I've isolated myself from the outside world because it is terrifying. I'm 35 years old, can't work, can't leave the house. It's a never ending spiral. Hoping to find others who suffer the same
