Can't Connect to Listeners (Site issue?)

...See more Hope this is in the right forum! Couldn't find one for technical support. Every time I try and chat with a listener, it just says "Connecting" but never actually connects. This is a recurring problem. Tried different browser, no luck. If somone pms me I can message them back just fine, but cannot connect to a listener on my own. Can anyone help??
