...See more Dear thread reader, I messed up a lot today and said some hurtful things. We made up and watched some shows so I feel better. Learning to manage my emotions is very important to me. I hope I continue to improve. I still ate mostly sweets today and feel guilty.

...See more Dear thread reader, I LOVE food. It's kind of a problem. I use it to cope when I'm upset or stressed. I use it to reward myself or to celebrate. I tend to go for sweet foods like chocolate, ice cream, muffins, brownies, cookies... I have a major sweet tooth that cannot be satisfied! It's embarrassing. Sometimes I can't really stop myself from eating so much, then I feel guilty about it and avoid eating when I'm hungry. It's hard. After I woke up today I did some relaxation exercises and I feel more confident in my ability to make it through the day. I am on the third day of my menstruation and it makes me hate my body. I feel so gross and broken. I feel like I'm out of control. I can't stop the bleeding. I can't stop the cramps. I can't stop the headaches. Ahh!!! I hate being out of control.
