I've been a listener on 7 Cups now since 2015. 
In 2014, everything that could go wrong for me went wrong and my life took a direction for the worse. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety as a result by my local doctor and I have battled through both conditions to be where I am today.
Am I cured? No. But I am much much better and I can feel my life returning to better places. I have both 7 Cups and my family to thank.
 
I listen here to give back. I want to help those in a place that helped me so much.
