...See more Hello, I’m new on this app (or at least back on it again after months) so forgive me if I put things in wrong places but I’m struggling with SH and need advice. I feel the need to do it so I can relieve stress and so that others will care about me. It sounds selfish or attention seeking, I know, but I’ve been needing attention from someone or anyone. I can’t make more friends it’s impossible, my bf is almost always busy which I leave him be cuz he has important things to do, my best friends are busy and desk with their own issues which I still help with, and I don’t want the comfort from my own family. I don’t want to feel this way anymore, but the issue is that I prefer to see the blood coming out of my wound to feel satisfied. A simple pain or other method won’t work, and I hate that it won’t work. I do this rarely but lately I’ve been too stressed to distract myself with anything. I usually enjoy art, listening to music, watching shows/anime, etc. idk what to do anymore, I love everyone dearly but they can’t help me and I can’t even help myself anymore. I want to stop feeling this way :(
