Hi there,

I'm glad you found your way here. Life can be weird, exhausting, hilarious, confusing.. sometimes all before breakfast. So if you're having one of those days (or weeks, or months), you don't have to figure everything out alone.

I'm here to listen - without judgment, lectures, or trying to "fix" you. You can talk about the big stuff, the small stuff, the stuff that makes absolutely no sense, or even the thing you've been replaying in your head for the 47th time. I'm not keeping score.

Everyone deserves to feel heard and respected. This is a judgment-free space, and you get to show up exactly as you are.

So, grab a metaphorical cup of tea (actual tea is also highly encouraged), take a deep breath, and come say hi.

I'm listening.

For Anyone Trying Again

...See more I know how easy it is to feel like you've messed everything up. To look at where you are and wonder how you're supposed to start over when you're already exhausted. I've learned that recovery isn't about suddenly becoming a completely different person. Sometimes it's just deciding, “Okay, screw it. I'm going to try again today.” Some days that feels huge. Some days it feels like the bare minimum. Both count. And if you slip, you haven't lost everything. You're still here. You can try again. Be a little kinder to yourself. You're doing something incredibly difficult 💜

...See more Some days you feel like you’re healing. Other days, your brain apparently decides to reopen a file you deleted 10 years ago. 🙃 That doesn’t mean you’re back at square one. You’re allowed to have bad days, complicated feelings, and moments where simply getting through the day is enough. You’re healing. Give yourself some credit. 💜

...See more Some movies and shows are just entertainment. Others somehow move into your brain, rearrange the furniture, and refuse to leave. 😂 Maybe it changed the way you see something, introduced you to a character you’ll never forget, or simply found you at exactly the right moment. What’s one movie or show that has stayed with you—and what made it stick?

...See more You don't owe anyone an explanation for who you are. Take your time. Find your people. Grow into yourself without apologizing for the space you take up. You deserve to be somewhere you can breathe freely, be honest, and feel safe being exactly who you are. You are not too much. You are not wrong. You belong.

Quiet Progress Still Counts
Mindfulness Center / by FusRoDamnAndBreathe

...See more A little reminder for today: You don't have to have everything figured out today. You don't even have to feel particularly hopeful. Sometimes getting through the day is enough. Sometimes progress looks like getting out of bed, answering one message, taking a shower, or simply choosing not to give up on yourself. Be patient with the version of you that's still learning how to carry everything. You’re allowed to take life one hour at a time, one minute at a time. There’s no prize for making it look effortless. Keep going. Quietly counts, too.

Fantastic listener. Engaged, respectful, candid, and compassionate. I opened up in ways I wouldn't have expected and they were wonderful.
Really easy to talk to and never felt judged. I felt comfortable being myself and genuinely heard.
