Happy to be a listening ear for whatever’s needed. Life can be rough and how you experience it will be an individual journey. Your emotions are valid as are you.
I have worked in a professional capacity with victims of domestic abuse, male, female and the children involved. I’ve supported them through suicidal feelings, mental health struggles, financial struggles (budgeting), family problems, loneliness and much more.
Things won’t change overnight but they will get better.
