Advice/help about a phobia *TW

...See more Hello :) i have marked this as TW as it may be for someone who has the same phobia! i have a crippling case of arachnophobia. I have had this since a child and unfortunetly, due to the time of year and the weather, i am faced with having to deal with this more than usual. i do not like to say the ‘s’ word, i cannot look at them on tv or discuss them as i find it extremely hard. I live alone, in a city and hour away from all my family and recently, due to the weather, i have seen one after the other in different rooms. i am currently sleeping on my sofa as one appeared on my headboard and now i cannot face the idea of going in my bedroom let alone in the bed itself. This is really affecting me and making me very depressed and stressed out. I am constantly on edge and anxious. Having to check the floors, walls and ceilings everywhere i go is terribly draining. I often sit and cry about how my phobia takes over my life and i often feel scared and upset having to deal with ut on my own. when ever i see one, it opens up a can of worms as the mental image stays in my head for a very long time causing me to lose sleep. I am extremelly exhausted and dont know what else do to. I have started to come to the realisation that its almost impossible for me to live alone with my phobia as bad as it is. i really dont know what to do as it is taking over my life in almost every aspect. I dont have the money for therapy etc so i feel stuck. I am hoping there may be someone out there who can offer advice if they have a phobia or similar phobia. thanks x
