Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with depression, reationships, self harm, suicidal thoughts. I enjoy music, movies, cinema, dinosaurs, anything!. I've overcome a lot in life, espically the things i have listed that i want to help other people with and would like to help by listening to you. ...See more I know this seems like a stupid question & i probably shouldn't be a listener, i have suffered with depression for 4years but im not as bad as i used to be, i just want to help people. Shall I stop being a listener??
