Hello,



I have direct experience with feeling mentally unwell, disappointed, lonely and stuck. I want to help anyone who is going through a tough time to feel at least heard and understood. If my abilities allow it I might offer some insight as well if that is what you desire. I had been a listener in the past and helped a few people outside 7cups, and I have turned to listeners myself for help on here. It helped change the perspective on matters I could not shake on my own. Am a young adult and trying my best to transition into functioning adulthood, so I will admit am still learning, so please be mindful :)



I don't take individuals who support or lead a lifestyle of infidelity, relational deceit and cuckery. Thanks for understanding.
