Scared my friends are gonna judge me

...See more So I've been really struggling lately and been worrying and scared about everything, but I feel a lot better after trying some coping mechanisms for the past few days. I stopped talking on my friend WhatsApp group as I felt worthless on there. Luckily I have had one friend that has been always checking up on me and I love her for it. I have had a few others asking if I'm ok but it's not the same. I want to start going back on the group slowly, but everytime I feel better to go back on, I am scared they will judge me for the reasons I've been off and the things I've been thinking about and they will just say I'm being stupid and that we all go through it. Even if they look and sound like they care I'm worried they will talk about me behind my back. I just don't know how I'm going to explain to them because they will want to know but without feeling like I'm gonna be judged. Any tips will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you

Fear of losing everything

...See more Over the past couple of months I'm scared of losing everything. Friends and family. I've been worrying and panicking way more than usual. When I worry, I sweat and get very warm with my heart feeling like it's going to explode out of my chest. Over the past couple of months, I've felt like my friends care about me less and less. This feeling started in about September when I had to move to a new school for higher education meaning having to leave all my friends. I get these feeling like they always ignore me and they talk behind my back. Despite the fact they always reassure me they I am wanted by them, I feel they judge me and think I'm just doing it for attention. This feeling has escalated more and more and the fear of losing all of them is something I can't bare anymore. Any tips of advice on how to control my worrying? Much appreciated
