I am a psychology student with a level 5 FETAC award in counselling and psychology. I am hoping to become a psychologist some day ! 👑



My whole life, I felt there was something  different about me. And people let me know it too.. some in good some in bad ways and that  led to many things. I suffered from self-harm for about4/5 years. Begining since I was 13. After that I was on an off but I am proud to say that now been 18 I stay  clear of that. I still suffer from Anxiety  as well as seasonal depression but I am handling it better than I ever did -nowadays. 🌼 



I want you to know that not everything lasts and that in fact, there are ways of getting better. Even more than you can imagine. There may be ways which will be tough at first. But you must be strong and even if you think you're not. There are always. ALWAYS. - people who will be strong with you and for you. 



I am definetly one of them. And I can help lead you to a grounding and happy mental place if you let me. Because afterall, only we can truly help ourselves. But, there's nothing wrong with getting some extra help along the way.  So send me a chat if you're ever down or whatever the case may be 🤗



SOME ANXIETY ATTACK TECHNIQUES :



× take a deep breath ( I know it's hard )



× focus on whats around you. ( 3 things you can see, 3 things you can touch, 3 things u can smell, 3 things u can hear. No matter what they are) 



× Acknowledge that you are having an anxiety attack. Tell yourself that you are. 



× Ask yourself why you are having one. Try to figure out if your reaction is necessary and if the issue can be solved. 



× There's always a way always a solution.

...See more Hi, I'm Mel, what I'm about to say is pretty awkward for me.. but bare with me :)... So, I've been having sex for over a year now and never in that period of time have I had an orgasm. And before you tell me people can take longer then others, I know... I thought so too. My boyfriend has tried really hard to help me orgasm and so on. And I know it's not him. It does feel good... but.. I just can't exactly. . get "there", -no matter what. Im not all about sex and most of the time I dont mind, I just like him close to me. But sometimes he tries hard cos he wants me to feel good... and I try but it never works. I've been slightly close once but he was completely dead and had no more power in him. He was at it for almost 30 minutes. I wasn't mad.. . More at myself really. I tend to become deppressed at times after we ha sex. I've cried a few times too.. just because I feel like we can't have "normal" sex... or I feel there is something wrong with me. I did try to self diagnose, and I do have anxiety.. so I thought it might be linked to that. I just don't know..... :(

...See more Hi there! <3 my exams are basically next week. And as per usual I'm absolutely freaking out, because these are my last exams ( you know the ones that get you into college ... :0!) So... I've tried many studying techniques , and still cant really figure out something that works. Im off for this whole week in order to study for them. They start on the 8th of June ... :| So anyways, I believe I am more of a person who learns through talking or visual. I really dont know. And I've tried lots of things :( Here are some things I've done to help me study : 🍊 I've been following a study plan 🍊 I downloaded an app called "Fabulous" to help me manage my time and daily routine 🍊 I make mind maps to help me visualise I sometimes even draw little pictures in the corners.... 🍊 I've managed my time so well and follow it so well... AND YET I STILL FEEL LIKE NOTHING IS GETTING INTO MY HEAD :'(!! and yes afcourse stress could be a cause... but I managed my timing.. I get regular sleep and I drink water.. eat a good breakfast. I meditate once in a while... and take 30 minute breaks after each 2hrs of study.. I jut don't know how to get stuff into my head fast. Now. I just have to ://! Any ideas on how to? <\3

...See more Hello fellow reader! <3 I know, that I'm not the only one who goes through stress, and I know that not everyone knows how to manage it! :C So.. I thought I would share what I do ! :) : ⭐ I watch ASMR videos ( these are videos where sounds or voices are created by a person to give u a tingly calming sensation ) I find them very relaxing :3 ⭐ I also have downloaded an app called "Fabulous" - This app helps manage your day and keep healthy , calm and active throughout the day. ⭐ I take a break , because taking a break once in a while is good. Just sit. Drink some tea or go for a walk take a snooze even ! <3 ⭐ Once in a while I find some time to meditate and that really helps me keep calm.
