I am a 18(almost 19) yo with several issues from severe depression to PNES. My hope is to try to get better, with help, because I’ve tried alone and it doesn’t go always as planned.

I want to get better for me and my partner. I want to at least try to learn copes or get my frustration out in a safe manner by talking about it before bringing it to him.

I also like to try to help others, especially if they have similar issues, I’ve been in some people’s shoes and made the bad choice, I’d like to prevent that for others.
