Hello, I'm Amber. I have honestly teared up every time I was able to help resolve someone's problem's because it is so fulfilling, and helping you is what makes me happy. Since joining this community, I learned that most people have 2 issues when they talk to me. There is the temporary issue, which is usually what brings them to 7 cups, and then there is an underlying issue that lives and plays a part in their daily life, and is hard to shake off.
