...See more Hello I'm 24 year old guy needing help with my anxiety. I've never talk to anyone about this , so this is new to me. I need help trying to focus, I cannot focus on anything because I feel my mind is constantly thinking of something. Sometimes I feel like I get lost on my own thoughts , I'm constantly overthinking about everything and sometimes it's about things that don't even matter, but I will overthink about it and I make a problem over nothing. I find myself constantly doing that . This hold me back from do my a lot of things that i would want to do. This overthinking even aeffefts me from getting close to them, because I constantly think about losing them , and makes me hard to get close to them because of the fear of losing someone that close to me. I lost my father when I was 13 , ever since than it's hard for me. So the thought of losing the remaining part of my family kills me, I've cried before just thinking about losing the. It's also hard for me to make new friends or even be around a new crowd of people, I feel all choked up or nervous when I meet new people. Being around a big crowd is even worse for me , I tried Black Friday, and I felt so claustrophobic in there sweaty and nervous. I'm just tired of being lost in my own thoughts, tired of thinking I'm crazy and not normal , I just want to feel normal , this is the first time I try anything like this , if there's someone who understands me , any advice will help , thank y'all for y'all time.
