Hello and welcome to the site. I decided to create a listening profile on this site after coming here in search of help when I was at my lowest. I am 21 and looking to learn from you as much as I want to provide a moment of relief or reprise for you. My experience and knowledge is mostly academic in the mental health field, but I have first hand experienced severe depression, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, and drug abuse.
