I am a 29 year old female. I'm quite awkward and shy. I have depression and anxiety. I still don't know how to express my feelings very well, so I still need help with how I feel.

...See more Hello, I don't want to use my real name, so goldenscarf89 will do. This is my third time using this platform again, but anyways I am 29 year old female. I believe I have been depressed since I was in high school but I never got it diagnosed because I was afraid to be judged by friends and family. However, at age 25 to 26, I started to have a real anxiety attack which forced me to go to the doctor. I got antidepressants and taken it daily. But I eased my way out from taking the pills, and it's been four months maybe? I think what I want to do now is to exercise more so I can feel better about myself. I don't know. I'm not sure what to do since I still get depress and anxiety. I also think I need more help. I'm sorry for this long post! I have a lot to get off my chest and it's been years worth of it.
