Hello! I have a BS in psychology and some education and experience in and with social services, and I am very interested in continuing to gain experience in both. I have a keen interest in mental health and lived experience dealing with mental health issues like anxiety, depression, OCD, etc. I also live with other chronic health issues and have direct experience living with disabilities. I am part of the LGBTQIA community. I have also dealt with religious trauma and deconversion. I have humanistic values and I strive to help other people feel supported and empowered.
