...See more I have social anxiety.  It’s nothing new as it goes back decades.  In general I was usually able to deal with it and had some mechanisms which worked well overall. but lately I feel as if I am some huge gigantic burden to almost everyone and anyone.  I used to be able to defeat this after a short time but now I can’t.  The feeling of being a colossal public nuisance never seems to go away no matter what.  I know this is not true.  Some have even told me directly they don’t see me that way and I’m no burden at all.   so please don’t tell me these thoughts are irrational.  I already k ow that.  Just can’t shake the feeling.  Any guidance or input from anyone would be great.
